Love Boat Caberet ( 26th & 27th Jan )

The Waiheke Cabaret is back with a bang this January – or rather a boat! Join us for two Love Boat themed nights of nautical naughtiness and variety. Hosted by the fabulous drag queen Anita Wigl’it. From Drag Race: Canada vs The World, RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 1, and finalist of ‘New Zealand’s Television Personality of the Year 2021’, Anita is guaranteed to be a smash hit with the audience.

As well as Anita, we bring back to the stage Katherine Kearsley, Constance Maraj, Cutesy Popsy, and Anna from the Art of Belly Dance as well as introducing some new faces from around the island.

The evening is a fundraiser for Artworks Theatre. The proceeds will go towards building and upgrades around the theatre so that we can continue to bring Waiheke the best that performing arts has to offer.

Both nights will feature the same performers so choose one or choose both. We’ll have prizes for the best dressed so get your best nautical or love boat themed attire on and dress to impress. If you’re stuck for what to wear, then our Otherworlds Costume Shop in Blackpool has lots to choose from.

General Admission is R18 and tickets will be $30 per person. We will also have a very limited number of VIP tickets for each night. The VIP experience is $150 per person or $250 per couple and includes VIP table seating, champagne, food platter, a signed cabaret poster and the opportunity to support your local theatre!
