Waiheke Island Eco Zip Adventures provides a new kind of Auckland adventure tour – a state-of-the-art zipline (flying fox) and eco-immersive bush hike experience, suitable for people aged 8 to 88.

The Flying fox (zip line) on Waiheke Island with EcoZip Adventures offers state-of-the-art flying fox ziplines and an eco-immersive forest walk on breathtaking Waiheke Island, for nature lovers of all ages. You’ll enjoy the full Waiheke experience with a complimentary pick up from the island ferry and a range of drop-off locations afterward. Fly over a beautiful vineyard and down into spectacular native bush before enjoying a gentle, guided hike back up to our visitor centre – killer views from every angle!

We offer complimentary transport to and from many Waiheke locations, including the Matiatia ferry terminal, Oneroa Village, and various vineyards and beaches, so guests can enjoy the full Waiheke experience. For corporate groups, we offer indoor and outdoor meeting facilities and on-site catering personally handled by a dedicated events manager. Scheduled to open November 2012, the EcoZip experience will be one of the most exciting and eco-friendly things to do on Waiheke Island, Auckland!

• Three unique, flying fox ziplines. Each of 200m long, dual cables allow you to fly side-by-side a friend, making this an exceptional shared experience
• An easy, 1.4km (0.9mile) guided nature walk, exploring pristine, pre-European native forest
